    Following the needs of our members and our community Ultima Fitness has opened the first Holistic Wellness Center in our area. By offering wellness services as the public’s bridge between health care providers and fitness professionals, we are creating a healthier community. We focus on incorporating a realistic approach to health and wellness, recognizing that health comes from the inside out. Wellness is more than the foods you eat and time spent in the gym and as such, we have on-staff health coaches as well as specialized practitioners that offer services, programs and courses to meet your individual needs. Our Holistic Wellness Center is open to everyone in the Western Communities/Wellington, not just Ultima Fitness members.

    Come find out why dancers are considered to have some of the most sought after bodies around. Our Certified Instructors pride themselves on creating a challenging, yet attainable, class format that will get you fit and toned from the inside out. Drawing from ballet, Pilates and yoga, this popular, Barre-based work out uses intervals of conditioning, isometric exercises and stretching to create a long, lean, strong and more youthful body.

    As industry leaders, we are excited to introduce the first obstacle race training program as a part of Boot Camp @ Ultima. With the growing popularity of obstacle course races and mud races, we have geared our program to help all fitness levels achieve not only their personal fitness and health goals but also the goal of racing as a team. Members of our Boot Camp train together and have the opportunity to race together. Our “No Man Left Behind” policy ensures that all fitness levels will reach their personal best both in class and in competition.

    Get inspired by the infinite power of Synrgy360! This dynamic training hub provides unlimited opportunities to train smarter, better, harder and more effectively in a short period of time. Classes provide members with the direction and expertise of personal training in a small group setting allowing for an affordable alternative to one-on-one training. This 60 minute circuit-style class incorporates High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), sports conditioning, kettlebells, TRX and bands. Our trainers offer modifications geared towards all fitness levels.

    Our Martial Arts Studio focuses on Tae Kwon Do, teaching the ancient Korean art with a modern approach. Students, both adults and children, learn the technique and customs that strengthen both the mind and body. Parents have seen their children focus better and achieve success in academic studies. Adults are more confident and feel better about themselves with more energy and concentration.

    Aspects of Tae Kwon Do

    • Mental: Self Confidence, Strong Character, Good Judgement, Self Control and Sound Mind.
    • Physical: Good Coordination, Strong Body, Self Defense, Strong Muscle Tone, Strength and Flexibility.
    • Philosophical: Respect for each other, helping each other, honesty and standing by the weak.

    Kids Fit Club


    As a family owned and operated business, we pride ourselves on offering not only a supervised play area as a courtesy to our members, but on the value of kids’ health as well. In Kids Fit Club, we have created a curriculum where kids learn the importance of health and wellness in a fun environment. While you are focusing on your workout and your health, we are doing the same for your children. We provide a secure environment for your children by carefully screening all of our employees and making sure they are CPR/AED Certified.
