• Regain Your Health in 2 Simple Steps

    The road to a healthy lifestyle is at times difficult and confusing, especially when it comes to finding the right way to eat in this modern society.  We are constantly bombarded with so many fad diets that promise weight loss, health and vitality, making it more difficult and challenging to choose the one that fits our lifestyle.

    Before consumers decide to follow any sophisticated nutrition plan, they need to first get back to basics and master two simple steps:

    • Drink plenty of water daily! Plenty being around 8-10 glasses.
    • Eat 8-9 servings of fruits and vegetables daily.

    Many studies show that more than half the people in the U.S. are chronically dehydrated. Symptoms associated with chronic dehydration are headaches/migraines, fatigue, mental fogginess, weight gain, food cravings and the list goes on.

    The second basic step is eating a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables as we have been told by our parents!  These are low calorie foods that are loaded with vitamins, fiber and powerful antioxidants to help our body function at optimal levels and also helps fight against many diseases, such as heart disease, cancer and diabetes.

    Most of us are aware of these benefits and yet we don’t practice it. People want a quick fix and shortcuts to ideal weight and better health.  How do we manage to get all the daily recommendations in this fast paced world?  This is where Health Coaches can help!
